Symptoms


New Install of Oracle Application Server 10g 10.1.2.0.2 although it can affect to any AS version using Oracle Process Manager and Notification (OPMN).

During Installation Oracle Process Manager Notification (OPMN) fails to start with the following error in the Installation<datetime>.log file:


The same error is reproduced trying to start OPMN manually.
