Cannot Login Through SSO Or OIDDAS As Active Directory (AD) Synched User After Upgrade OID to 11g on AIX; Log File Shows Segmentation Error (Doc ID 1371030.1)

Oracle Internet Directory - Version 11.1.1.4.0 and later
IBM AIX on POWER Systems (64-bit)

Symptoms

AD->OID synched user unable to login to 10g (10.1.4.3) SSO Admin page/SSO or Self Service Console/OIDDAS after upgrade of 10g Infrastructure OID to 11g (11.1.1.4) on AIX.
 > 'ldapbind' to OID of the AD-OID synched user fails with error:
ldap_bind: Can't contact LDAP server

OID seeded users (orcladmin) and any user created with 'username/password' in 11g OID are able to log through SSO.
  >  'ldapbind' to OID of seeded or users created in 11g OID are successful.

oidldapd01sXXXXXXX-0000.log shows:

Changes

Upgraded OAS 10g (SSO+OID) Infrastructure tier (10.1.4.3) to integrate the 10g SSO with the upgraded 11g OID.
