AD->OID synched user unable to login to 10g (10.1.4.3) SSO Admin page/SSO or Self Service Console/OIDDAS after upgrade of 10g Infrastructure OID to 11g (220.127.116.11) on AIX.
> 'ldapbind' to OID of the AD-OID synched user fails with error:
ldap_bind: Can't contact LDAP server
OID seeded users (orcladmin) and any user created with 'username/password' in 11g OID are able to log through SSO.
> 'ldapbind' to OID of seeded or users created in 11g OID are successful.
