Cannot Login Through SSO Or OIDDAS As Active Directory (AD) Synched User After Upgrade OID to 11g on AIX; Log File Shows Segmentation Error (Doc ID 1371030.1)

AD->OID synched user unable to login to 10g ( SSO Admin page/SSO or Self Service Console/OIDDAS after upgrade of 10g Infrastructure OID to 11g ( on AIX.
 > 'ldapbind' to OID of the AD-OID synched user fails with error:
ldap_bind: Can't contact LDAP server

OID seeded users (orcladmin) and any user created with 'username/password' in 11g OID are able to log through SSO.
  >  'ldapbind' to OID of seeded or users created in 11g OID are successful.

oidldapd01sXXXXXXX-0000.log shows:
