Using Managed Attachments Zoom Options for EBS Fails With Errors "User '<user name>' does not have sufficient access privileges..." or "You have insufficient privilege to access..." (Doc ID 1371173.1)

Symptoms

Accessing WebCenter Content (WCC) through the Managed Attachments (MA) E-Business Suite (EBS) Adapter, searching for documents with the AFDocuments security group, or accessing the Content Information page on content items returned by a search throws one of the following errors:

Error 1:

Content Server Request Failed
User '<user name>' does not have sufficient access privileges to perform this operation.
Access privileges may have expired, requiring the user to re-select Managed Attachments
from the Oracle E-Business Suite Zoom Menu.

Error 2:

Content Server Request Failed
You have insufficient privilege to access the page. afGuid is Invalid
