Symptoms

Go to the following URL on a 10g or 11g content server.

11g: http://localhost:16203/cs/idcplg?IdcService=COLLECTION_DISPLAY&hasCollectionID=true&dCollectionID=ABC&XuiSearchTemplate=slim
10g: http://localhost/idcm1/idcplg?IdcService=COLLECTION_DISPLAY&hasCollectionID=true&dCollectionID=ABC&XuiSearchTemplate=slim

The content server then throws this exception.
