Symptoms
The PIA_weblogic.log shows the following warning message:
In some cases, the warning is not impacting user. In other cases, the user is unable to access Peoplesoft Application, when this warning is issued, as user gets one of the following browser errors:
'HTTP 404 Error'
-or-
'Cannot display the webpage' error
