When attempting to convert Microsoft word documents containing tracking of changes to PDF using the Native Application and PDF Converter, some of them will fail with the following errors:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up Content Server and Inbound Refinery to convert MS Office Applications to PDF using the native application and PDF Converter/Ghostscript
2. Turn on 'track changes' in the document and make changes to the document
3. Use the HP Business Inkjet 2200/2250 PS printer driver
4. Check in the document to be converted
