Goal

Each user in UCM has a profile folder that contains a wf_in_queue.hda file that contains all the content items that the user is currently assigned.

For example, if username is testuser1, the wf_in_queue.hda file is located at this path:

<ucm>\data\users\profiles\te\testuser1\wf_in_queue.hda
This file may become corrupted, and thus "My Workflow Assignments" may be missing content items that should be showing up for the user.
The best way to "restore" this file is to trigger workflows to re-enter the current step using the Workflow Update event.  A bit of idocscript can force the workflow to re-enter the current step, usually if a certain amount of time has passed without the workflow progressing. In the example below, the workflow triggers a re-entry update event if the step has been idle for more than a week.
There isn't a way to manually rebuild a user's wf_in_queue.hda file.
