Symptoms

When trying to start the APEX Listener which has been deployed in a WebLogic Server the following error is shown.  This is for WLS and Glassfish implementations.

When the APEX Listener was initially deployed, all worked well. The problem started to occur when you stop and start the APEX Listener through the WebLogic Server Console. Note that this issue only occurs when the APEX Listener is deployed on a IBM AIX platform.

Changes

APEX Listener on IBM AIX was stopped and started (eg bounced).
