Symptoms
Recognition Server is not reading barcodes from batches created by a specific Import Server batch job.
From the Recognition Server logs :
11/09/11 20:43:00 1008 Start processing batch: <Batch_Name>.
11/09/11 20:43:00 1013 Start processing batch page 1, file name : <File_Name>.
11/09/11 20:43:01 1013 Start processing batch page 2, file name: <File_Name>.
11/09/11 20:43:01 2033 ***Error*** bar code Bar Code defined for searching external database is empty.
