When Archiving Content from UCM 10g to UCM 11g, Archiver Errors Occur in Import when the Account Metadata Field is Updated (Doc ID 1376756.1)

Symptoms

In a single node 11.1.1.5 UCM environment that was migrated from 10g to a new 11g installation using Archiver/CMU, the replication configured between the contribution (10g) and consumption (11g) document management instances is failing.  When a content item is updated with a new account it causes Archiver to error out and throws errors like this into the log:

Error 10/19/11 7:52 AM Automation failure. Import error for archive 'CTS_from_xxxxxxx' in collection 'idoc01': Failed to delete previous files for 'ContentItem173940' during update. You have insufficient privileges to change the account. [ Details ]

The issue occurs when an update is made to a content item's account and that change is replicated over, but is not occurring every time an account is updated.
