Certain TIF Types (Group 4 Fax, aka CCITT FAX4) Cause the IPM Viewer To Crash (Doc ID 1376772.1)

Symptoms

When a user attempts to view these images from Search Results, the IPM Viewer crashes without warning. This occurs in both the production client and the web client.

The same images may be viewed successfully in the IPM Web 'Image Viewer' or the 'Application Viewer'. These images can also be exported and viewed in various non-IPM viewers.

Previous versions of IPM may have just displayed the "Unable to Display Image" error.
