Goal
Goal is to set the HTTPReadTimeout and HTTPConnecTimeout for Oracle Service Bus or Aqualogic Service Bus versions prior to 10gR3.
Starting with OSB 10.3 for a "per business service" case, both read and connect timeout can be configured. OSB 11gR1 does have support for both "Read Timeout" and "Connection Timeout" in the HTTP Transport Configuration page. The read timeout can be specified in the transport configuration of previous versions as well.
