Symptoms
After changing the AXF URL's in the database to use SSO, the following error occurs in the MASTER LOG:
10-18-2011 18:11:37 Unhandled exception in AXFCustom.launch_command_soap SQLCODE = -31011: ORA-31011: XML parsing failed
ORA-19202: Error occurred in XML processing
