Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.4.0 version, BPEL Service Engine

When attempting to start a development environment after installing SOA for Developer,the following error occurs during the startup of Admin server when trying to initialize soa-infra app. After adminserver startup, it is seen that soa-infra is in failed state.
