Can Webcenter Content run Properly if the Database is set to Read-Only Mode? (Doc ID 1380188.1)

Goal

Have the requirement to migrate the Oracle Webcenter Content database server to a new server.

During the migration, would like to put the original database server in read-only mode, and then make sure the Webcenter Content is still up and running, and that the server will still be accessible ?

As an example, the plan during the database read-only period, there will be no change to any of the Content. The server will be in the consumption mode only. (Which means only to display the pages but not modify or add any Content)
