"Missing References" Signaled in ODI 11g Import Report after Import Operation (Doc ID 1380712.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to import an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 11g Model into a target Work Repository using the Synonymy Insert-Update mode, the following message is signaled in the import report window:


             
Furthermore, in ODI Studio > Designer, the Model which has been imported is displayed with a red triangular icon:



If the Model is opened to display the definition panel, a circular red icon is displayed at the bottom of the tab list:



Furthermore, clicking on this icon results in the display of the following window giving the details of the missing cross-references:



Note that there are no objects yet present in the PROJECTS section of the Designer panel.
