The Inbound Refinery Errors When the Inbound Refinery's Vault is not on a Local Drive (Doc ID 1381220.1)

Symptoms

When setting up the Inbound Refinery's vault and weblayout directories to point to a remote share using drive letters or UNC paths or when using a NAS as the filesystem, conversion would not complete and errors would occur. When using the same setup but pointing the Inbound Refinery to a local drive conversion worked as expected.
