Search With A Profile Fails - Cannot Delete and Recreate Failed Profile - SDATA Error (Doc ID 1381712.1)

Searches performed by a user with a profile fail, especially date range searches.  Deleting the profile and recreating the profile does not resolve the issue.  Creating the same profile, but with a different name, works correctly. 

This particular error occurred in one case.


Content Server patches were installed, but a few components did not update correctly.  This was not discovered until sometime after the update since no error messages indicated a problem when the patches were installed.
