Send Link By Email Does Not Work when the URL for Content Server is Added to the List of Trusted Sites in IE8 Browser (Doc ID 1382219.1)

Symptoms

In IE8 browser,once the content server URL is added to the list of trusted sites (Tools -> Internet Options -> Select Security tab -> Trusted Sites -> ;Click on Sites. Add the URL to the trusted sites list.),the Send Link by Email functionality on the content information page does not work.Browser goes blank and the outlook editor is not opened with the links.
This issue has been observed when testing is done on a Win 7 machine with IE.
