Goal

When set-origin-server SAF routes the client request to the remote server, the URL always gets escaped.
ex: In case, '*' gets escaped as '%2a'. and ':' -->'%3a'

This can be configured to avoid the escaped character in reverse proxy of Web Server like below:

Client(browser) -> WebServer1(RPP) -> WebServer2

request to WebServer1:

172.xxx.xxx.100 - - [09/Nov/2011:20:29:09 +0900] "POST /exec/Login.do;jsessionid=xxxxxxxxxxx011bfdd12cae707cd:zkpe HTTP/1.1" 200 1210

passed to WebServer2:

172.xxx.xxx.61 - - [09/Nov/2011:20:29:09 +0900] "POST /ekfkt/Login.do;jsessionid=xxxxxxxxxxx011bfdd12cae707cd%3azkpe HTTP/1.1" 200 1210

Note: above ":" is escaped to "%3a".
