How To Avoid To Escape The Original URL In Reverse Proxy On Oracle iPlanet Web Server 7.0 (Doc ID 1382264.1)

Goal

When set-origin-server SAF routes the client request to the remote server, the URL always gets escaped.
ex: In case, '*' gets escaped as '*'. and ':' -->':'

This can be configured to avoid the escaped character in reverse proxy of Web Server like below:

Client(browser) -> WebServer1(RPP) -> WebServer2
