Folder Structure Archive Error when doctype is populated on folder. (Doc ID 1383239.1)

Symptoms

Folder structure archive error when dDocType is populated on a contribution folder in 11g. 

Error in trace is:

Unable to import value into table 'Collections'. An error occurred with query 'INSERT INTO Collections ...  $ORA-00936: missing expression

If the folder contains a metadata value for dDocType, the import will fail.
1. Create a folder Contribution Folders / contents1_test / testcounter with dDocType not set
2. Create Folder Archive containing testcounter folder using Folder Archive Configuration and Archiver
3. Delete testcounter folder from Contribution Folders / contents1_test
4. Delete testcounter folder from Trach
5. Import Folder Archive using Archiver
6. Success
7. Create a folder Contribution Folders / contents1_test / testcounter with dDocType set to WebContent
8. Create Folder Archive containing testcounter folder using Folder Archive Configuration and Archiver
9. Delete testcounter folder from Contribution Folders / contents1_test
10.Delete testcounter folder from Trash
11.Import Folder Archive using Archiver
12.Failure
