Error: The Lock Request From Ejb:Tcimportoperations: During AD Connector Installation on OIM 11g (Doc ID 1383803.1)

Symptoms

While installing the AD connector the popup screen may get blank and several warnings like the one below could be seen in WLS log files:

After a while the log file shows:
