Coherence*Extend Proxy Reports a com.tangosol.net.messaging.ConnectionException: Connection Reset By Peer (Doc ID 1384374.1)

Symptoms

When running a Coherence*Extend proxy node, with the log level higher than five, exceptions similar to the following can be seen in the proxy's log files:
