Can a Capture Database Lookup Perform a Search for Values Between two Values? (Doc ID 1385134.1)

Goal

Is it possible in WebCenter Capture (formerly Oracle Document Capture) to have a database lookup perform a search using multiple search fields (e.g. SELECT * FROM Vendors WHERE VendorID = '12345' and SiteID = '6789')?  If a value was supplied in the VendorID field as well as the SiteID field in Capture, the database lookup would perform the query listed on both the VendorID and SiteID fields.
