Symptoms

Two composites:  composite #1 defines an xref table, and composite #2 implements the populate or lookup functions.  If composite #2 with the populate or lookup functions is deployed first, and then composite #1 with the xref is deployed second, then at run time composite #1 throws errors such as the following:
