'ODI-1227...object name already exists...' Signaled When Serially Testing Connection To ODI 11g Complex File Data Servers On Agents (Doc ID 1388972.1)

After having created an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 11g Complex File Technology Data Server for a project requirement, the integration Interface crashes randomly with the following message:

ODI-1227: Task <TASK> (Loading) fails on the source <COMPLEX_FILE> connection <FILE_CONNECTION>.
Caused By: java.sql.SQLException: object name already exists: <TABLE_NAME> in statement [create table <TABLE_NAME>(ACTIVE VARCHAR(255) NULL,...

Note if the Data Server is deleted and recreated with a different name, then the problem disappears.
