Batches Fail to Export From Forms Recognition RTS, Left in State 750 (Doc ID 1389001.1)

Symptoms

Batches are not exported from RTS

  1. All batches are left in a State of 750.
  2. The specified export folder is empty, containing no files related to the batch.
  3. Happens for all batches.

Changes

Began using project 1006d.
