Deinstall Managed Instance, Loopback Adapter, Hosts, IP
Symptoms
When in the OUI trying to deinstall a managed instance you are unable to select the instance to deinstall.
Note that the screen shows RemoteHost to the Managed Instance
Changes
In this case there was a loopback adapter installed into the Windows Server.
