Symptoms
For OID 10g:
Client applications that connect to OID on SSL port stop working after a while. After OID is restarted it works again for some time.
Oidldapd log file shows the following errors when the issue occurs:

Load Balancer (LBR) flow-timeout-multiplier parameter was set to 20 (320 seconds).
The value of orclLDAPConnTimeout attribute is set to 15 (the number of minutes before Oracle Internet Directory times out and drops an idle connection).
