Orclrevpwd Attribute Is Not Removed After Setting OrclEncryptionEnable=0 (Doc ID 1392045.1)

Symptoms

The OrclEncryptionEnable had been set to allow the reversible user password.    Then it was decided that this was not needed.   Setting OrclEncryptionEnable=0 to turn this off leaves the attribute populated.

Changes

The OrclEncryptionEnable was set from value 1 to value 0.
