Goal
RESTful services uses HTTP methods such as POST and DELETE to perform back-end database functions. The Web Server method DELETE needs to be enabled for RESTful services to function properly, and the Web Server needs to be protected (via ACLs) from allowing DELETE method to be utilized in other situations.
