Symptoms

Every 6 minutes the database alert log gets the following entry:

Errors in file /database/diag/rdbms/prod/PROD/trace/PROD_j000_23821.trc:
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-20019: You are trying to set workspace to GLOBAL_WORKSPACE which is for internal usage.
ORA-06512: at "OWBSYS.WB_WORKSPACE_MANAGEMENT", line 1594
ORA-06512: at "OWBSYS.WB_INITIALIZE_WORKSPACE", line 15
ORA-06512: at line 2


The generated trace file shows:
