Starting up a New 11g Installation with http://localhost:62000 fails (Doc ID 1395813.1)

Symptoms


On : 11.1.1.5.0 version, Content Server

When attempting to start the Content Server for the first time using the weblogic user and password which were successful in launching the admin server and using the  http://localhost:62000 URL, startup fails and, the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install UCM per documentation
2. Start the admin server /apps/middleware/user_projects/domains/<domain_name>/startWebLogic.exe
3. Start the content server /apps/middleware/user_projects/domains/<domain_name>/bin/startManagedWeblogic.sh <UCM_server1> http://localhost:62000
