Change Password Taskflow For External Application In Webcenter Spaces Is Missing Apply Button (Doc ID 1395821.1)

The out of box Security > External Application > Change Password task flow does not have an 'apply' button to save the username/password.  Users can't save their new username/password from this page.

To reproduce the behavior:
1.  Create a new page.
2.  Add the Security > External Application > Change Password task flow.

Notice there is no 'apply' or 'save' button.
