Symptoms

DB Adapter distributed polling with FileSequencingPollingStrategy is not working properly.

Even after selecting 'FileSequencingPollingStrategy' the option in DB configuration wizard it is not adding anything to the sql query which it is supposed to add.And duplicate instances were observed because of this issue
