Symptoms
If a Job Scheduler is configured within a Cluster and the tables that are needed to be accessed are not created in database, WebLogic Server will continuously create more and more sessions to connect to the database, finally causing the following errors:
In addition, the Maximum Capacity of the JDBC datasource setting is not applied if the required tables do not exist.
