"REP-50200: OID server cannot connect" Error When Scheduling a Report From EM 11g (Doc ID 1396322.1)

Trying to schedule a Report Job from Enterprise Manager when using a Secured Reports Server (SSO/OID) fails with the following error.

REP-50200: OID server cannot connect

There is no error when scheduling a report job using rwservlet. The error only occurs when scheduling a job from Enterprise Manager.
