Symptoms
After Installing Oracle Text (CONTEXT) and granting access to apex schema per <NOTE: 1335521.1> The WWV_FLOW_HELP PACKAGE Status is Invalid After Installing Oracle Text , the recompiling of WWV_FLOW_HELP still receive the following errors:
