Weblogic Stuck Threads Issue When Running SOA Composites (Doc ID 1398624.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.4.0 version, BPEL Service Engine

Found BPEL instances got stuck in the run state and never finished. In the server log files, found the following errors:

which is more than the configured time (StuckThreadMaxTime) of "600" seconds. Stack trace:
