Symptoms


1. Install and configure Oracle Identity Management, Oracle Identity and Access Management 11.1.1.5
2. Install and configure forms 11.1.2
3. Configure forms for Single Sign-On (SSO).
4. Logging in as orcladmin results in the following error message

FRM-93301: Fatal Authentication Error: Unable To Connect To OID
