Last updated on OCTOBER 09, 2013

Applies to:

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When trying to compile a project under 11.1.1.4 or 11.1.1.5, it fails with the errors:

ERRORSTACK OBTAINED:
--------------------
Project:  Jdeveloper 11.1.1.5\RajInbuildTwoVersions5Test\RajInbuildTwoVersions5Test\RajInbuildTwoVersions5Test.jpr
             Jdeveloper 11.1.1.5\RajInbuildTwoVersions5Test\RajInbuildTwoVersions5Test\composite.xml

Error: Load of wsdl "RajInbuildTwoVersions5Test.wsdl with Message part element undefined in wsdl

part name = payload type = {http://xmlns.oracle.com/RajInbuildTwoVersions5Test/RajInbuildTwoVersions5Test
/RajInbuildTwoVersions5Test}processResponse" failed
Jdeveloper 11.1.1.5\RajInbuildTwoVersions5Test\RajInbuildTwoVersions5Test\RajInbuildTwoVersions5Test.bpel

Error(51): XML element "{http://www.XXXXX.com/OAGIS/9}ShowRFQ" of variable "ShowRFQ30" is not defined
Error(52): XML element "{http://www.XXXXX.com/OAGIS/9}GetRFQ" of variable "GetRFQ30" is not defined
Error(53): XML element "{http://www.XXXXX.com/OAGIS/9/3/1}GetCustomerPartyMaster" of variable "GetCustParty" is not defined

And for the other project:

Project:  Jdeveloper 11.1.1.5\TwoversionsBODTest\TwoversionsBODTest.jpr
             Jdeveloper 11.1.1.5\TwoversionsBODTest\composite.xml

Error: Load of wsdl "TwoversionsBODTest.wsdl with Message part element undefined in wsdl
          [file:/Jdeveloper 11.1.1.5/TwoversionsBODTest/TwoversionsBODTest.wsdl] part name = payload type =
{http://www.XXXXX.com/OAGIS/9}GetRFQ" failed
Error: SCAC-50012
Error(53): XML element "{http://www.XXXXX.com/OAGIS/9/3/1}GetCustomerPartyMaster" of variable "GetCustParty" is not defined

This only seems to occur for the above versions of JDeveloper WITH SOA extensions. If SOA extensions are not included, it compiles fine.
