WCI Database Creation Scripts on MS SQL 2008 R2 Cause Error: 'invalid column name: "dbtype"' (Doc ID 1401533.1)

Symptoms

You have configured a database for WCI 10.3.3.0 using MS SQL 2008 R2 and have begun to script the database according to the guidelines in the WCI 10.3.3 installation guide. When you try to run the create_tables_mssql.sql script you see the following error:

invalid column name: "dbtype"


When you try to run the stored_procs_mssql.sql script you see the following errors:

ptdelgrouplink:
   must declare the scalar variable "@tranIn"
ptdelgrouplink:
   must declare the scalar variable "@sp"
