Why am I getting errors about xcelerate.batchuser and xcelerate.batchpass when I try to publish or use the Content Server Developer Tools (CSDT)?

The errors look like this:

[2012-09-25 04:45:17,554] [fatwire.logging.cs.framework] error: errno -2 on attempt to login
[2012-09-25 04:45:17,554] [fatwire.logging.cs.xml] ProcessQueue: Could not log in with the xcelerate.batchuser and xcelerate.batchpass
