Symptoms

Warnings and notifications exist after a new installation.

The WLS_Portal-diagnostic.log file shows many:

[APP: portal] Failure in looking up EJB component
UsageTracker#oracle.wsm.policymanager.bean.ejb.IRemoteUsageTracker.
[WLS_PORTAL] [WARNING] [WSM-06217]
[oracle.wsm.resources.policyaccess] [tid: content-fetcher25] [userId:<USERNAME>] [ecid: <ECID>]
[APP: portal] An instance of the interface oracle.wsm.policymanager.IUsageTracker bean for a remote repository was not available for configuring the
oracle.wsm.policymanager.accessor.BeanAccessor repository accessor for the default context.
