ODI 10g Windows Service Agent Stops Pulling the Schedules of a Scenario with No Warning or Error Message in ODI Operator (Doc ID 1405115.1)

Symptoms

Using an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 10g scheduler Agent, started as Windows Service which executes multiple Scenarios scheduled to run every M minutes in an infinite loop, intermittently one of the scheduled Scenarios stops looping without any error message being displayed in ODI Operator.
