 At my company, the bulk-unsealing phase is complete, and the administrator has removed everyone's rights to open sealed documents. The IRM server has been left running so that end-users still see the "No-Rights - see administrator" page when they open sealed documents. Now an end-user has emailed an administrator about the problem accessing a file. How can this be handled?
