Folders Pagination Does Not List Folders When Navigating Back To The First Page

Symptoms
When browsing large folders that need to paginate to several pages, the pagination functionality behaves inconsistently:
- When first displayed, the first page displays 54 items: 4 folders and 50 items
- Moving to the next page, displays 2 items
- Moving back to the first page now displays 50 items, but no more folders
- Moving again to page 2, displays 42 items.
- Moving to the next page, displays 2 items
- Moving back to the first page now displays 50 items, but no more folders
- Moving again to page 2, displays 42 items.
