Adding Tag Cloud Taskflow results in blank page

Symptoms
Trying to add a Tag Cloud task flow onto one of the WebCenter Portal pages results in blank page displayed.
The issue only happens with Tag Cloud task flow. All other task flows can be added successfully.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Browse to the WebCenter Portal and login as a Space moderator.
2. Create a new page in the Space
3. Add the Tag Cloud task flow on it
4. As soon as the Tag Cloud task flow is added, the page displays blank
