After upgrading from GlassFish Server 3.0.1Patch 3 to GlassFish Server 3.0.1 Patch 4 or 5, the Web Administration Console seems to suffer from some visual defects. Some of the issues are the following:

• The login page image is not seen and instead can have a "broken" image.
  
  
• On certain browsers like Internet Explorer 8, after entering the log-in credential, the administration gives a HTTP 404 File Not Found page.
