No Warning for Unsaved Changes in APEX When Navigating Away from a Page (Doc ID 1419438.1)

APEX allows you to leave the page without warning of unsaved data or forcing to save the data. For example:

Modify any database item but don't save it to the database using Create or Apply Changes Button.
Navigate away from the page using redirect buttons, browser buttons, javascript, and etc.

Because the user has navigated away from the page, the changes are lost. Is it possible to provide a warning to the user?
